Ambrose Arts Summer Jazz Camp

Join us for a week of daily master classes, combo sessions, workshops, and jam sessions led by the Ambrose Arts jazz faculty! Students 13 years and older, adults, and classical performers/educators who are interested in expanding their abilities in jazz are all welcome to attend. This opportunity is open to anyone wanting to develop their skills in jazz performance and composition.
All Jazz Camp participants will:
- Perform in a combo or ensemble led by one of our faculty members
- Receive daily master classes from experienced jazz performers and instructors on their instrument of study
- Hear daily performances by the faculty
- Attend daily workshops on topics such as improvisation, composition, jazz history, theory, and more.
- Have the opportunity to play with all other participants as part of daily jam sessions
- Perform in the final concert

Students applying to our Jazz Camp will also receive a waived application fee to the Ambrose Music program.

A Special Enrolment Event Scholarship of $500 is available to Jazz and Drum Camp participants who enter a music degree at Ambrose University.
