Canada Summer Jobs Admissions Recruiter (Limited-term; Part-time)
This position is from June 30 - August 31, 2025 for 30 hours per week.
We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Admissions Recruiter to join our team under the Canada Summer Jobs program. This role is ideal for a student or recent graduate passionate about education, outreach, and helping others find their path. You will play a key role in promoting our programs, engaging with prospective students, and supporting the admissions process.
- Represent the institution at community events, high schools, and online outreach initiatives.
- Conduct outreach campaigns via phone, email, and social media to prospective students.
- Provide accurate information about programs, admissions requirements, and student services.
- Support the admissions team with application processing and data entry.
- Maintain records of outreach activities and prepare weekly progress reports.
- Collaborate with the Communications Coordinator to develop promotional materials.
Must meet Canada Summer Jobs eligibility:
- Be between 15 and 30 years of age at the start of employment.
- Be a Canadian citizen, permanent resident, or person with refugee protection.
- Have a valid Social Insurance Number and be legally entitled to work in Canada.
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a post-secondary program (preferred fields: marketing, communications, education, or related).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Comfortable speaking to groups and engaging with diverse audiences.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and social media platforms.
