Ambrose Alumni Recognized Among Calgary’s 40 Under 40
Ambrose University is pleased to announce that not one but two of our alumni have been named in the prestigious Avenue 40 Under 40 list for 2025.
The annual Avenue 40 Under 40 highlights Calgarians who are driving innovation and positive change in their communities. This year, we’re proud to celebrate Tyler McCombs (BHS ’11) and Christopher Lee Primeau (BHS ’16) both graduates of Ambrose’s Behavioural Science program whose leadership and compassion are making a lasting difference.
As founder of Devon + Lang, Tyler McCombs has built a company known not only for its comfortable, innovative underwear but also for its commitment to giving back. Since 2019, Devon + Lang has grown into a thriving Calgary business and donated over 63,000 pairs of underwear to organizations such as The Mustard Seed, The Alex, and the Calgary Drop-In Centre.
McCombs’s goal: to donate 500,000 pairs by 2032 and continue proving that business success and community care can go hand in hand.

Christopher Lee Primeau (BHS ’16)
As CEO of Impact Society, Christopher Lee Primeau is helping youth across Canada build resilience and confidence through early intervention programs. Under his leadership, the organization expanded its reach from 1,800 to more than 18,000 youth annually, with its flagship Heroes program now improving the lives of over 250,000 youth worldwide.
Through initiatives like Heroes @ Home and Reconciliation Through Education, Primeau continues to empower the next generation of confident, compassionate leaders.

Both McCombs and Primeau exemplify the Ambrose mission; to lead with purpose, creativity, and compassion. Their achievements are a testament to the real-world impact of an Ambrose Behavioural Science degree, where students learn to understand people, build strong communities, and create meaningful change.
Interested in following in their footsteps? Tuition, Education, and Enrolment (TEE) grants are still available for new students entering the Behavioural Science program.
