As a retired corporate executive in Calgary in the Energy Industry I have moved into an academic setting as HR Director and Sessional Instructor. My 35 year HR & Corporate Services career has crossed a range of sectors from banking, energy, government and ‘not for profit’ with the primary goal of helping organizations maximize their human capital potential. I have served as an Executive pastor for a 4 year term and continue to volunteer on a number of ‘not for profit’ Boards. My real passion is mentoring young students as they seek to find identity and a place in the world of education and employment.

I am married to Judith (Piano teacher) and love to travel and spend time with family, especially our two grandchildren.
