Ambrose Biomedical Club

To promote a love of Biology within the student body, regardless of the declared program, and provide auxillary support to the Department of Science.
Ambrose Creative Writers Club

This club exists to create a community of people who share a passion for creative writing or who wish to participate in the creative writing process in other ways, such as beta reading and editing. Our goal is to provide a welcome, safe atmosphere for writers, poets, etc. to share their craft.
Ambrose Film Society

Based at Ambrose University, the Ambrose Film Society offers Ambrose students, alumni, and the broader community a platform to explore, appreciate, and create films. Through screenings, discussions, workshops, and collaborative projects, we aim to cultivate a deep understanding of cinematic arts, foster creative expression, and build a community of passionate individuals who share a love for film.

Ambrosia Literary Review

Ambrosia is run out of Ambrose University and provides an opportunity for Ambrose students, alumni, and the greater community to share and showcase their literary and visual art. The review will be published twice a year, that is, once per semester, aiming to establish a literary and artistic fellowship in and around Ambrose.
Ambrose Nature Club

Our mission is to provide opportunities for club members to enjoy and participate in different activities that include learning and further exploring the components of nature while connecting with other students that share the same interests. The executive team and sponsor want our participants to be able to learn and have access to natural spaces and information about nature in a safe environment. The purpose of this club is to organize nature education and appreciation of the outdoor activities for its members and to encourage members to enjoy, respect, and steward God’s creation for the glory of God.
Campus Rush

This club will be focus on creating an atmosphere in which we learn more about Christ, growing in our relationship with the Lord by doing Bible study, praise and worship experience, and fellowship with one another. Another purpose of this club would be to help raise effective leaders in ministry and whatever position we will occupy now or in the future by the help of the Lord.

Glocal Club

The main purpose of this club is to offer opportunities for international students from any program at Ambrose University to get to know each other and have a great and unforgettable experience as someone who is new to Canada through peer-driven initiatives and community development events. Lion’s Dance Crew

The Lion’s Dance Crew is an organization comprised of passionate dance advocates whose objective is enlightening communities through the promotion and education of dance. We’re passionate about growing the skills of those who are experienced in dance, and those looking to try a new activity. We believe dance is a safe and beautiful form of expression that should be available to bring joy to all people through participation and performances. Outdoors Club

Prism

An affirming space for LGBTQ+ students and their allies. Prism is a come as you are space to find community, learn about LGBTQ+ issues, find resources on/off campus be supported at Ambrose.

The Ambrose Student Council desires to provide all students with space to pursue their interests and find others who share their interests!
How to Start a Club
The process is easy!
- First, a club must have:
- a name.
- a faculty sponsor.
- at least three student members.
- a club's mission statement.
- a club's statement of purpose.
- a preliminary club budget structure.
- Fill out the online form.
- Await a response from Basil, the Director of Operations!
