• Students
  • T2202 - Tuition, Education, and Textbook Amounts Certificate - the basic form you will receive from Ambrose University. It lists eligible tuition amounts as well as the number of months used to calculate the education and textbook amounts
  • T4a - Statement of Pension, Retirement, Annuity, and Other Income - a form you will receive if you received a scholarship or bursary

  • T4/T4a - if you were employed by Ambrose, you'll receive a slip to your personal email onfile. If you do not have it, connect with our Payroll Office - payroll@ambrose.edu

2024 Calendar Year

• T2202s will be posted online via the Student Registration System. Log in and click on the T2202 option in the menu

   

• T4a's will be mailed to addresses on file
